# Teams

> Share booking pages between several hosts, with bookings that rotate or that everyone attends.

A team is a shared booking page for several hosts. Clients book the team, and Forge decides who takes the booking, or brings everyone together.

## Create a team

1. Open **Teams** and choose **Create team**.
2. Give it a **Name** and a **Slug**. The team page will live at forge.page/team/your-slug.
3. Create it.

You become the team's owner. The slug can't be changed later, so pick it with care.

## Invite people

1. Open the team and find **Invites**.
2. Enter their **Email** and choose **Create invite link**.

Forge emails the invitation and shows you the link once, in case you want to send it yourself.

- An invite lasts 14 days. **Copy invite link** on an expired one renews it.
- **Revoke** cancels an invite that has not been used.
- To accept, the person needs a Forge account. They sign in, or create one, and choose **Accept invite**.

## Owners and members

A team has one **Owner** and any number of **Members**.

- The owner edits the team, invites and removes people, creates the team's event types, and looks after billing.
- Members can see the team, its people and its event types, and they take bookings.

## Team event types

Create an event type from the team's page. The main choice is **Who joins each booking?**

- **Round-robin**: each booking goes to one member, whoever's turn it is. Times show whenever anyone is free.
- **Everyone attends**: every member joins every booking. Times only show when the whole group is free.

Under **Who takes these bookings**, tick the members who should be included. Tick everyone and new members join the rotation automatically.

Team event types are simpler than your own. The location is **Google Meet** or **No video link**, and they do not take custom questions, payment or an agreement.

### How round-robin chooses

Among the members who are free at the chosen time, the booking goes to whoever was assigned a team booking longest ago. Someone who has never been assigned goes first.

Each member's availability comes from their own default schedule, their own bookings and their own connected calendars.

### What the booker and the member see

- The booker is told who will host them, or that the whole team will be there.
- A round-robin booking belongs to the member it was assigned to. It goes on their calendar, the confirmation goes to them, and reminders follow their settings.

## Team pages

- The team: forge.page/team/your-slug
- One event type: forge.page/team/your-slug/event-slug

Team pages use the team owner's brand kit and badge setting.

## The Team plan

The Team plan is priced per host, with a minimum of two seats. Seats follow your member count automatically: they change when someone accepts an invite or is removed, not when an invite is sent.

To subscribe, open the team and find **Billing**. Only the owner sees it. While a team's plan is active, every member has the paid features.

An account can hold one subscription. If you are on a solo plan, manage that in **Settings → Plan & billing** before starting a Team plan. Prices are on [Plans and billing](https://docs.forge.page/plans-and-billing).

## Things teams can't do yet

- Change someone's role, or hand a team to a new owner.
- Leave a team yourself. Ask the owner to remove you.
- Delete a team.

If you need one of these, email support@forge.page.
