# Get support

> How to reach us, what to include so we can help quickly, and where else to look.

If something is not working, or you can't find how to do something, we want to hear about it.

## Email us

Write to **support@forge.page**. A person reads it.

In Forge, open your account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose **Email support**. It starts an email to the same address.

You can also write to us inside Forge. Open **Messages** and choose **The Forge team** at the top of the list. We read everything sent there and reply by email. See [Messages](https://docs.forge.page/messages).

## What to include

A good report gets a faster answer. Tell us:

1. What you were trying to do.
2. What happened instead. A screenshot helps.
3. The address of the page you were on.
4. If an error page gave you a reference, quote it.

If it is about a booking, an invoice or a proposal, tell us which one. Please do not send passwords or card details.

## If you see an error page

Forge's error page says **That didn't load.** The problem has already been logged for us automatically. Choose **Try again**, which usually clears it. If it does not, email us and quote the reference on the page.

## If your calendar has stopped syncing

A banner in Forge tells you when it can't reach a calendar. Choose **Reconnect** there, or in **Settings → Calendars**. See [Connecting your calendars](https://docs.forge.page/connected-calendars).

## Help inside Forge

- **Help**, in your account menu, opens this help site in a new tab. So does **Help** in the command palette: press <kbd>⌘</kbd><kbd>K</kbd> and type "help".
- **How this works**, under the title of screens such as Availability, Event types and Invoices, opens the page about that screen.
- **Take the tour**, in your account menu, walks through the main screens.
- Press <kbd>?</kbd> for the keyboard shortcuts, or see [Keyboard shortcuts](https://docs.forge.page/keyboard-shortcuts).
- Press <kbd>⌘</kbd><kbd>K</kbd> and choose **Setup checklist** to return to your setup list.
