# Plans and billing

> What each plan costs and includes, how the free trial works, and how to subscribe, change plan or cancel.

Forge has three plans. Prices are in pounds, US dollars or euros, depending on where you are billed.

Paying annually works out at two months free. UK and EU prices include VAT. In the US, sales tax is added at checkout in the states that tax software.

## What each plan is for

- **Forge Free**: a real booking page with one active event type and one synced calendar. Your pages carry a small Forge badge.
- **Forge**: the whole tool for one person.
- **Forge Team**: for several hosts sharing booking pages. It is priced per host, with a minimum of two.

## What changes on the Free plan

Free keeps your booking page live. These are the limits:

Bookings, availability, group polls, reviews, leads, clients, messages, forms and boards work the same on every plan.

## Your free trial

Every new account gets 14 days of everything the paid plans include. We do not ask for a card.

- Three days before it ends, we email you a reminder.
- When it ends you move to Free. You are not locked out, and your booking page and every booking stay live.
- Anything over the Free limits is paused, not deleted. Forge keeps the event type with the most upcoming bookings active and pauses the others, and extra calendars still block your busy times but no longer receive new bookings.
- Subscribe later and you can switch them back on.

The trial includes the paid features, with one exception: adding a custom domain needs a paid plan.

## Subscribe

1. Open **Settings → Plan & billing**.
2. Under **Compare plans**, choose **Monthly** or **Annual**.
3. Choose **Subscribe** on the plan you want.
4. Pay through Stripe's checkout.

For a Team plan, create your team first and subscribe from the team's page. See [Teams](https://docs.forge.page/teams).

Plans renew automatically until you cancel.

## Manage your subscription

**Manage in Stripe** on the same page opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can change your card, switch plan and see every invoice. The page also lists your recent invoices.

## Cancel

1. Open **Settings → Plan & billing**.
2. Choose **Cancel plan**, then **Yes, cancel**.

There is no email or call needed. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. We email you a confirmation. After that date your account moves to Free, on the same terms as the end of a trial: nothing is deleted.

## If a payment fails

Stripe retries the payment, and you keep your paid features while it does. We email you each time a payment fails. The quickest fix is to update your card: choose **Manage in Stripe**.

If the payment can't be collected, your account moves to Free.

## Refunds

You can have a full refund within 30 days of any first paid charge. After 30 days, if you cancel an annual plan early, we refund the unused part. Email support@forge.page.

## The founding-member offer

Founding member, £99/year locked for 3 years. First 500 only. It is billed in pounds. When the three years are up, the plan continues at the standard annual price. While places remain, you can claim it from **Settings → Plan & billing**.
