# Brand kit

> Put your colour, logo and typefaces on everything your clients see, and shape your booking page.

Forge has three places that decide how you look to clients. **Profile** is who you are. **Booking page** is the page itself. **Brand kit** puts your own colour, logo and typefaces across everything a client sees.

## Your profile

**Settings → Profile** is open to everyone.

- **Profile photo**: JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB.
- **Your story**: your agency, your location and a short intro. Two sentences is plenty.
- **Gallery**: up to 6 images. Each needs a short description, so people using a screen reader know what it shows.

A live preview shows how you appear on your booking page.

## Your booking page

**Settings → Booking page** is open to everyone.

- **Background**: an image shown full-bleed behind your card. JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB. Forge handles the text contrast.
- **Intro video**: upload an MP4 or WebM up to 50 MB, or paste a YouTube, Vimeo or Loom link. Switch on **Show it on my booking page** to publish it. Linked videos only load once a visitor presses play.
- **Confirmation message**: up to 400 characters, shown on the confirmation page and in the confirmation email.
- **Your privacy notice**: a link to your own privacy notice, if you have one.

Choose **Save changes** when you are done. Uploads are not live until you save.

## The brand kit

**Settings → Brand kit** is part of the paid plans, and is included in your free trial.

Set it once and your booking page, client portal, invoices, proposals and the emails your clients receive all follow.

### Switch it on

1. Pick an **Accent colour** and save.
2. Switch on **White-label your client surfaces**.

### Accent colour

Pick one of the six swatches, use the picker, or type a hex colour. Forge checks it is readable: a colour paler than 4.5:1 contrast against white is not accepted, and you will be asked for a deeper shade.

### Logo

Upload a PNG, JPG or WebP up to 2 MB. Square works best.

### Typography

Choose a heading typeface and a body typeface from the list, or upload **Your own fonts**: TTF, OTF, WOFF or WOFF2, up to 2 MB each. If you upload only a heading font, the body uses it too.

Before you upload a font, Forge asks you to confirm you have the right to use it on a website. A licence to use a font on your computer often does not cover that, so check yours.

### Emails

- **Email font**: email apps strip custom fonts, so pick the closest of System, Georgia, Helvetica or Courier.
- **Sign-off**: how your booking emails are signed. Leave it empty and they sign with your name.
- **Portal welcome line**: greets clients at the top of their portal.

### Where your brand shows

With white-label on: your booking page and public page, the confirmation, reschedule and cancel pages, the client portal, invoices, proposals, polls, your forms and reviews, the tab title and icon, and the emails your clients receive.

Emails Forge sends to you, such as your own booking notifications, stay in Forge's look.

## The Forge badge

Your public pages carry a small **Powered by Forge** credit, and client emails say **Sent with Forge**.

On a paid plan or during your trial the credit is off by default. The **Forge badge** switch is in **Settings → Plan & billing**. On the Free plan the badge stays on.
